Health is a comprehensive factor for drivers while driving and hence health and driving are inter-related to each other. Drivers have to keep themselves very fit and healthy to move for safe driving. Drivers cannot neglect their health for driving. Drivers have to keep themselves fit mentally and physically. The presence of mind is very important while driving only the physical presence is not sufficient for drivers. Being a driver, they have to keep their mind fresh with the healthy physical appearance while driving on the road.

If drivers ignore their health for driving then they might have to face several problems while driving. Here are the few factors that affect health while driving:
Eye sight:
For every driver’s whether it is experienced or inexperienced effective eye sight vision is required for driving. If the drivers lack behind with the effective vision they have to face lots of problems while taking their driving test. Hence they have to get checked with the doctor and wear specks, lenses, while driving. If the drivers will not be able to read the number plates of 20.5 meters distance then the driver’s eye sight is very poor and will not be qualified for the test further. Hence they have to check their eyes twice in year and be healthy for driving.

Drink and drug driving:  The drivers under the influence of drink and drug driving always affect their health and driving both. They will never be in their presence of mind. They will always be disturbed and cannot concentrate on the road while driving. This will reduce their driving power and increases the health problems. Hence driver s should avoid drink and drug driving.

Drowsiness: When driver are tired and hesitates to drive then they should try to avoid driving. Lethargy driving is very dangerous and breaks the concentration on the road. Drivers cannot pay attentions towards driving and sleep on the way while driving hence it is dangerous for drivers.

Driving age:  Age matters in driving because as the age grows drivers keep unhealthy and breaks concentration, attention towards driving. At the certain age drivers can stop driving and must hire other drivers to drive.

Pregnant women: The woman who is pregnant and has medical advice to stay away from driving must avoid driving for year and take the help of other drivers or family members till they become healthy again. They must carry the medical certificate if they want to drive and cannot wear the seat belt while driving. As per the health they can drive at the beginning stage of their pregnancy.

However the drivers have to take care of their health and driving both.
